US of A, the richest country in the world, has its share of homeless people, too.
This is a fact of life...although I noticed that Dallas vagrants are gone. I don't know where they went, but they're no longer sleeping in the streets of downtown.
30 percent of homeless people in the US are are truly less fortunate. 70 percent are homeless by choice... However, homeless in the Philippines is a different story. The Philippine Government is to blame for that problem.
thank you all for your comments, it is sad but it is a fact of life
i used to go to school in SSC. From Kindergarden (1958)throught Hight School (1968). Received Loyalty medal. My older brother went there too and a few of my neighbors in Sampaloc, Manila (Simoun & Constancia - near Dimasalang. Go Sebastinians.
This is heartbreaking to see... I can't imagine not having a home or family to go to.
