seafarer's center
These mini job booths lined up Kalaw street in front of the seafarer's center. Seafarer's center was constructed as part of the "Buhayin ang Maynila" program of the city government of Manila in order to serve as a one-stop facility for the needs of the Filipino seafarers.

Very graphic, infinity ....
Didn't know these are mini booths. Looks like a narrow tram car.
This area can get very crowded with seamen congregating here during the daytime.
What are they doing in those booths?
Umihi? ;-)
thanks evlahos and olivier!
@señor - didnt know this could be very crowded, i only get to see these during weekends :)
@sidney - LOL! i think those booths are like a job stall/job fair for sea fares, each booth owned by a certain company that offers employment :) i think señor knows more about how they do it
