I saw this too in some occassions when I had to pass by there...
I was in Quiapo on Sunday and had fun shooting photos of the friendly vendors. Also like the crowd attending mass at the nearby church.
Filipinos are very friendly and helpful people. I really enjoyed my stay in Manila!
