A blind singer near the Manila City Hall, their musical instruments are usually set up for them and they basically sing all day to passersby, with a donation box usually put on top of the speakers. Some blind singers that i see around Metro Manila are usually composed of 2 persons, with a man playing the guitar and a woman as a singer, and mind you their voice are good.
