The little girl looks lost in a swirl of activity around her. In her own world. The world needs to act as a watchful community - looking our for each other.

I am so glad you posted on this special Theme Day. We want our blogger back. The world is watching.

The expression on her face is just perfect for this post — wonder, fear, awe, uncertainty.

Regardless of who won the election, regardless of race or beliefs, it is heartwarming to see so many people expressing their outrage at the violence being done by their own government to the people of Iran. I truly hope the violence ends soon.

Hilda, a very appropriate post for the theme today to support the people of Iran and our missing fellow city daily photo blogger.

The child's expression says it all. Iranians and Pinoys share the same sentiment these days - NO TO DICTATORSHIP.

Your photo is very poignant; the swirling motion of birds, leaves, and activity; the stormy sky; and the child's expression ... Hopefully "A" will be released soon along with others imprisoned for their ideas of reform, hopefully the violence will stop, and hopefully the citizens of Iran will have their vote counted.
