Please note that i am not a professional photographer. To those who are curious the camera i'm using is Canon Powershot A520.
UPDATE: a very kind soul gave me an ultra nice and spanking new Canon PowerShot SD1100 IS, last October 2008 which i have been using non-stop since then... Thanks again to the one and only Reyna Elena
UPDATE2: last 2009 i finally got myself a DSLR - Canon Rebel Xsi (Canon 450D) to be exact, and have been alternately using it with the PS from REynz

No idea as well. Maybe the parish office? It mentions 'convento-colegio' in the plaque you transcribed. Maybe a convent-college? :) It is common for convents to be within the church's lot, even attached to the structure itself. As for the colegio part, maybe that building is already an academic building in San Sebastian College.
I really do not know. But I agree, it's really good looking especially from the inside-the detailed flooring and ceiling. It feels nostalgic too, especially the use of dark brown and mint green paint.
@metromanila - yeah most probably it is san sebastian college's administration office, but yeah the inside look beautiful and i can tresist snapping a photo :)

The order of Calm of San Agustin dedicates east convent-school to the memory of D. Bernardino Of the Castle and of its wife, Mrs Maria Enriquez, which paid for the construction of the convent and Church Of San Nicholas in Intramuros of Manila in 1608, and they donated this lot of calumpang, in which erigio the first convent dedicated to San Sebastian in 16 of February of 1621. (inscripted in a memoriam plaque)

Maria Enriquez, los cuales costearon la construccion del convento e Iglesia De San Nicolas en Intramuros de Manila en 1608, y la donaron este solar de calumpang, en el que se erigio el primer convento dedicado a San Sebastian en 16 de Febrero de 1621. (inscripted in a memoriam plaque)
