I did not know there was a shortage of rice. My friends in Japan have failed to mention it to me. I hope there is improvement soon.
They use cut-outs for police around here. It is suppose to deter crime big time.
There is no rice shortage - It's just in peoples (Gloria) Romero? Diaz? Gaynor? Estefan? Labandera's mind.

The prices of everything has gone up here too. There was grumbles of rice shortage in NYC earlier this year.
